This agreement ("Terms and Conditions") applies to the provision of digital marketing services by MisTech, including Google Ads, social media ads, YouTube ads, and SEO services. Throughout this document, "MisTech," "we," "us," and "our" refer to MisTech and its affiliates. By engaging with our digital marketing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
MisTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our digital marketing services, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any personal injury or death resulting from your use of our services.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services or these terms and conditions, you may discontinue using our services at any time.
While we strive to maintain a virus-free environment, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of malware or viruses. Additionally, we cannot ensure the security of email attachments from third parties. We advise recipients to exercise caution and scan emails, attachments, and other files before accessing them.
The number of revision rounds included in your digital marketing service package may vary. Please consult your project consultant for details regarding the revision rounds allocated to you.
Project timelines for digital marketing services are based on working days only. Public holidays and periods awaiting your feedback are not included.
Our team will respond to your questions and feedback within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Service costs for digital marketing services are outlined in the project quote you receive via email. All payments must be made in USD and are typically due according to the agreed payment schedule or upon receipt of the quote/invoice. Setup fees and one-time service charges are non-refundable.
Refunds for digital marketing services are available under limited circumstances:
MisTech reserves the right to modify or discontinue any digital marketing services without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuances of the services.
All intellectual property rights related to the digital marketing services provided by MisTech remain the property of MisTech. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your business purposes.
You may terminate your engagement with MisTech's digital marketing services at any time by providing written notice. MisTech reserves the right to terminate your access to the services without prior notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MisTech regarding the provision of digital marketing services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
